Overview
Trbby organizes your workspace using three main levels: organizations, projects, and channels. This structure helps keep your content organized while allowing you to create posts for different brands, topics, or platforms.
Organization
Your organization is your main workspace in Trbby. It represents your company, team, or personal account.
Everything you create in Trbby lives inside your organization, including projects, channels, and posts.
Example:
Organization: Lumiere Bright Consulting
Projects

Projects help you organize your work by giving it a clear focus. Each project represents the main idea, brand, or initiative you are creating content around.
When setting up a project, Trbby helps you clarify your purpose, the audience you want to reach, and the themes you want to talk about. This context helps Trbby generate content that stays aligned with the overall direction of your project.
For example, you might create separate projects for:
Career Visibility β sharing insights and experiences related to your professional journey
Side Hustle β content about a business, product, or service you're building
Company Marketing β posts created for a company or organization
Client Content β managing content for a client if you work as a freelancer or agency
Each project acts as its own space for generating ideas, creating posts, and organizing work around a specific initiative.
Channels

Channels live inside a project and represent the social media destination where your content will be published.
Each channel connects to one of your social media accounts, allowing Trbby to publish posts directly to that platform.
Channels also let you customize how content and images are generated for that destination. You can adjust the writing style, tone, and visual preferences so posts feel natural for the audience and format of that channel.
This allows you to tailor your messaging and visuals for different platforms while keeping everything organized within the same project.
